Els municipis on s'implementa el programa "Sempre Acompanyats" de la Fundacio La Caixa i Cruz Roja,
el 40% de les persones majors de 65 anys, manifesten sentir soledat emocional i el 30% soledat social.
Mitjançant aquest programa, ajuden a empoderar aquestes persones per fer-les sentir part de la societat.
Entre tots fem que aquestes històries deixin de ser invisibles amb un gest tan senzill com al de trucar a una porta.
